+1
Bought this CD on the strength of this song alone.
Slick segue from Beck's Youthless from Bill the segue king.

Echo & the Bunnymen ..  agree with older posts

Beginning sounded like they were going to launch into that Steely Dan song...
Very Yo La Tengo....really dig this tune.
Very much a late 90s vibe to this tune.  Nice.
Great tune. {#Bananajam}
Tedious.  I'm going to watch a video of a Michael Phelps race set to Super Mario music instead.
"Like waves on a beach, your heart is mine"   Pretty lame lyrics.
pls wake me when it finishes {#Sleep}

Except sadly, if memory serves, it turned out to be John Voight's LeBaron.
Catchy tune, by the way!
I think even I can play this bassline...

Does this have the exact same song structure as the Beatles "She Said She Said" that played next?...

It doesn't have "exact same song structure", but there are a few spots that sound reminiscent.
Clearly some Yo La Tengo influence....very nice.
Monotonous.
