Cover art says Conjure One ..

SoundHound says this is "Lust" by Balligomingo, not "Desire", and their lyrics seem to match.

This album doesn't seem to be legit. From Wikipedia: "The album Reasons to Disturb is attributed to Conjure One, but Fulber has denied involvement in its production." Anyone know the story?
If this girl really sings like that as a natural gift, congratulations. If the voice has been tricked by any (nowadays usual) post-prod method, all the merit would vanish away. Let's leave it to the benefit of the doubt and give a 9 because the result is quite hearable anyway.
Am I the only one hearing windshield wipers sounds in this?! Or maybe it's because it's raining outside...
This is Balligomingo, not Conjure one, and it doesn't look like an official album - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conjure_One
into it

She's doing her darndest to raise the male temperature. I'm not able to say if this works, but from a lady's view, she sounds overwrought. Perhaps taking peeks occasionally to see if it's working.

From what I've heard of this "band", I prefer the "Poe" era the best...
Not bad. Its typical of what you hear from Conjure 1. If Delerium is not your bag then you wont like this either. I believe the guy from Delerium use to work with the Conjure 1 guy.

Well, there certainly is "a rhythmic succession of single tones organized as an aesthetic whole", which technically constitutes a melody. Whether or not one may find it a "pleasing" melody is another matter.
is there a melody in there somewhere?

Pfffff.... - terrible!!!!
This title/artist of this song really confuses me. I heard this song a couple of years ago but it was the song 'Lust' by Balligomingo.

We envisioned a Bollywood thing- oiled dancers flitting around giant braziers, bathed in an unnatural golden light... Silly stuff, but in a good way. Music I wouldn't want to buy but it's the sort of *leavening* that makes RP so cool. I mean I can't listen to my vinyl of Neil Young, the Dead and Santana all day long... Oh, oops- I can!
sounds like Cirque de Soleil.....in a good way

Very SOHO-ish

Nice. Reminds me of Terri Nunn and Berlin.
There is a lot of music out there that you could call electronica. If it shows up on Radio Paradise, it's inevitably a cut or three above the usual.
Of course, that's often true of the music here.
