I think this outage was the result of an firmware update that occurred last week. I didn't notice immediately because my preprogrammed alarms (which I use for variety) don't tap RP on the weekend. I began to notice the outage on Mon. so I'm guessing their forced firmware update had something to do with it . . . although I've been wrong about these things before! Anyway, I'm sure glad it's fixed! Thanks Bill!
