After the latest Win10 update, my Epson scanner kept hanging. I would scan once to maybe 3 or 4 times and then bork. I really needed to scan some stuff tonight so i asked Dr. Google. Got a solution: Run the Epson scanner as Admin. IE: Instead of double-clicking, Right-Click and choose 'Run As Admin' So if you have any hardware not working right after the latest Win10 update, try that.

I replaced the broken screen and I now offer this short tutorial on how to get started on Windows 10. STEP 1- Reformat hard drive STEP 2- Install Windows 7 STEP 3- Throw Windows 10 CD in trash

This Spring I got a new laptop with Windows 10 because the old Windows 7 guy didn't have a HDMI port and I was determined to screw MLB by not buying MLB.TV and just streaming the bootleg streams to my big 55 inch record of the rhythm and blues,I mean TV.
However,they were choppy and sucked,and not in the good way so I caved and bought MLB.TV.(Then I went on a bender and screeched my way into a refund,while still retaining the service,but I digress {#Lol}

)
By then I had loaded the Windows 10 lappy with all my current bookmarks and porn educational videos, so I stuck with it.However,today I broke the screen by using a grip that would not harm an infant gnat(or Gcub,GDodger or GGiant,although they should and will be squashed) and so dug out the old Windows 7 lappy(like in "Return To Snowy River" when Jim Craig gets Denny out of retirement for the 45 degree ride down the mountain).

Holy crap! It is so much faster and better than the Windows 10 POS that has twice the memory!(I upgraded the CPU and put in a SSD in the old one).

I'd say Windows 10 is awful,but that wouldn't be fair to less awful things like cancer,John Wilkes Booth,Milli Vanilli and baloney.

It is an entirely different class of suckage,the verbiage with which it needs to be described is currently beyond the human capacity to express.

I hereby petition Bill G. to bring back the barf emoticon.
