Trent's 90's rage and discontent has the same relevance in January 2026 as it did when The Downward Spiral was released.
just a bit more
I remember Trent Reznor providing a GarageBand version of this song. I found it fascinating to explore the mix.

Interesting, not sure I've ever heard one until this today..? Glad the tide is shifting.
you'd have to be a politician to answer this

if you don’t know the story, David Bowie confronted him about it on tour and that was a major motivator for Trent Reznor to overcome his addictions.

Did not know that. Discipline is another great one on this topic. Trent beat back a lot of demons. Kudos to Bowie for helping (saving?) him make the turn.

Agreed...RP wouldn't be complete without some NIN thrown in.
NIN here? "Now we are talking" even more.

Amazing to hear NIN on RP!

Saw them live a few times (once in a Latin American country, and then a Western European country a few years later). The first concert was undoubtedly one of the best I've ever attended - the energy of the crowd was incredible, and mirrored Trent's. The second concert felt like a transactional affair with a very reserved crowd. I never understood how people could enjoy a concert like this sitting down?

/Rant over.
YES...MORE!!
NIN on Radio Paradise? Worlds are colliding!
such a good song!
