Sweethearts together
We've only just begun
Sweethearts together
We'll take life as it comes
Sweathearts forever
Two hearts together as one
Everybody needs someone
To tell their troubles to
To share the pain and laughter
In a world beset with fools
To help you with your ups and downs
Someone to heal your wounds
So we're
Sweethearts together
When two hearts beat as one
Sweethearts together
We've only just begun
Sweethearts forever
Two hearts together as one
As one
Everyone so cynical
And says that love won't last
Think about your future
Stop living in the past
Time's not standing still
So stop looking through those tinted glasses
Sweathearts together
We've only just begun
Sweathearts together
So glad I've found someone
Sweethearts forever
Two hearts together as one
As one
But love is never easy
It's never silky smooth
There's always something tempting
In the wilderness of youth
But I will stay right by your side
The truth will out, you'll realize
We're
Sweathearts together we've only just begun
Sweathearts together
So glad I found someone
Sweethearts forever
Two hearts together as one

Wow, I didn't think I'd ever heard a Stones song I didn't like until I heard this!
I thought that this was Jimmy Buffett at first........
Not doing much for me.
Not to knock the legends, but can do without this track.
Try Baby Break It Down from this album. Better Stones song to me.
My sweet gal has never heard this and did not recognize the Glimmer Twins, but I love this song!
Sounded like him, but I had to look it up: the legendary Flaco Jimenez on button accordion.

Mick: "What kind of song have we never done? Wedding song? K. Let's do this. "
What an awesomazing song!!!! Jagger's jiggery pokery has just turned my life upside down. my pants inside out and my tits topsy turvy. Spappolatissimo!
For all their mortal faults, listen and tell me you are not impressed ? Hmmm ? Hmmm 🧐
I dig it.

Agree.. Out of tears is a much better track.

Well put, firm one. With the operative word being HAD. Agree with Pez below: post-Tattoo You isn't even worth sifting through.

Sounds more like they dug up some demo tape from years long past.

I think they might have run out after "Tattoo You." Sad. I can listen to only about half of the newer disk of 40 Licks.
I had to check and see if Mick was a guest singer on someone else's song; how very un-Stones.
there are many others that are play-worthy.....
I can't help laughing at the idea of Keith jamming with some dude on the acordeon...!!!
Haven't these guys retired yet? It looks like they need at least a little vacation...
Were the Stones out of material?? Eh.
This is just horrible. If it wasn't by a famous band, it wouldn't be on RP.
I\'d rather hear \'Out of Tears\' from this album
Actually rather uninteresting...
Nice little song. Not life-changing, but a nice Stones piece.
