Oh
Now I don't hardly know her
But I think I could love her
Crimson and clover

Ah
I wish she'd come walking over
Now I've been waiting to show her
Crimson and clover
Over and over

Yes ''(da-da, da-da, da-da)''
My my, such a sweet thing ''(da-da, da-da, da-da)''
I want to do everything ''(da-da, da-da, da-da)''
What a beautiful feeling ''(da-da, da-da, da-da)''
Crimson and clover ''(da-da, da-da, da-da)''
Over and over

Crimson and clover, over and over
Crimson and clover, over and over
Crimson and clover, over and over
Crimson and clover, over and over
Crimson and clover, over and over
Crimson and clover, over and over

Can someone tell why Tommy James is not in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame? great stuff and you should have been there if you weren't.
cool tune. dated, but still stands up and says \"I\'m Stoned\'

Thanks! Was begining to wonder~
What IS this?! I like the Crimson and Clover part, but the dub overs make we want to yank out the electric cord! HOW ANNOYING. Why did they have to ruin a good song?! I\'m begining to wonder if there was a glitch in the transmission.
I still drive the same car I first heard this song in. I fwe could just get Radio Paradise on XM I would be happy in my 66 Mustang.
Wow, listening to this with headphones points out all the "cool" effects these guys were using in their recording process. I've heard it a bazillion times over the AM radio waves, but I don't think I've ever heard it through a good system until today. It sounds kinda cheesy through 21st century ears (IMHO), but it was pretty groundbreaking stuff back when this song was recorded. This song definitely takes me back a few years. Not sure I want to go back there often, but every once in awhile is OK. ;)
I remember those warm summer nights when this song came on the radio. I always reached over and changed the channel...
God! This is really bringing back the memories. Reminds me of those hot and sunny, summer afternoons when my brother and I would help my dad wash the cars. Great tune!
I liked the Joan Jett version from the 80\'s. This one seems so tame.
I can\'t believe I heard this on RP. Not sure I\'d want to hear it often, but it brings back great memories.
testing

Anyone care to speculate on what would happen to a tune like this if someone tried to release it today? The incidences of LSD use would spike. :)
i'm thinking about 6 or 7 hit's would be great, right now!!! It's only a quarter to 1:00 in the A. (freakin') M., nevertheless, I'm . . . (yeah!)
It takes me back, reminding me of my childhood - summers on the beach, or walking home at the end of a long day in the water. Sweet.
