I wish it would come in sooner.

I hate Death Cab for Cutie --- and now they've gone and spawned sound-alikes like this. That's just evil.
Feh. Bleck. Pshaw. Other assorted words of derision.
me like-y
Is it just me, or does the lead singer sound like Duncan Sheik on Prozac?

I highly disagree and if I were to take a guess, I'd say you are like the other 99% of people that have dissed this band, ie, people with no musical background or experience to know what it's like to be in a musician's shoes and realize how much effort goes into every song or album. Amen.

This song has gone from suck to blow.
I bought this album a couple of months ago and have really grown to like it. Highly recommend them!

Oddly, the two songs I've heard from them now, would go well on Northern Exposure.
Chris playing this as people scurry about preparing for some end of season fest.

Not only droningly pointless and tuneless but interminable as well.
Time warnings for dreadful songs are always appreciated. Now all we need is a service to ping listeners when it's safe to unclick the mute button.

While I am all for recycling, There is some garbage that even the compost heap would hurl back at you. This would be that kind of stuff. Okay, maybe not that bad. But close.

Since there doesn't seem to be a "support RP" option yet - interested persons can order the cd from halloween, alsaka's website, they even accept paypal. But check in case a "support RP" option becomes available.
I'd rather just support the band thank you very much!

I bought the album online after hearing the first two tracks on RP, but this has become my favorite on the CD. It meanders, but in a good way.
I dig it. Emo-esk I guess, but a sweet song IMO.
Not that inspired, but enjoyable none the less. 6/7

Yes, very much. Prefab Lite may be more appropriate.
There was an edge to Prefab Sprout 20 years ago before Thomas Dolby overproduced them.

Yes! I was going to say that there was something very familiar about this band. The more I hear them, the more I really like them.

By the time I get to Arizona
You'll be falling from my grace
Evergreens will lie about the season
As the daylight gives a chase
I would buy the planetarium
So no stars would fall
A sunset lost on me is not your loss
Cause your heart beats
And by the time you get the invitation
I'll be spoiling the surprise
And talking loud about forever
As the desert fingers rise
Can you hear the wheels sigh
Can winter lovers justify
This fogged up window green
And every breath held in between
Leaving home but being careful
Not to leave too much behind
Lighting out despite our saddest faces
We can be in four places at a time
Can you tell I've lost my intuition?
Like I need it anymore...
Six bits for facts and plastic bubbles
And I've never felt so sure
Bless the roadside
I'll keep you untied
So says the parking brake
The thing you miss is no mistake
Leaving home but being careful
Not to leave too much behind
Lighting out to find our finest graces
We can be in four places at a time
I had a plan
I had sense enough
That counted it like promises to myself
And after centuries
Of bad luck and open air
I found the one to keep
I found the one to keep (x5)
