Doe that explain the name of the album?
shocking names for band and track to try and sell woefully mediocre music in my book, doesn't even deserve a rating....
If you don't like it, hit the "skip button". ...problem solved! And spare us from your drivel!
Whoah, dude. It's just a song, man.
HAHAHA
it's a quote from SPINAL TAP......it's just a quote man

I disagree. As a former sailor I can do potty mouth and images IRT cover art.. Because I choose not to separates me from the dross of society. I love The Big Lebowski movie as it points out a whole segment of society that use gutter language as the norm. Refined people can't understand it. Americans are free to succeed or fail. Language defines a people.
This entire LP is sold. check it out!
Agreed. Amazing song selection. A work of art in itself.
Adolescent lyrics but terrific music, unique mood.

Wish we were all a bit more "adolescent".
Tool - Forty Six & Two Lyrics:
My shadow's shedding skin
I've been picking scabs again
I'm down, digging through
My old muscles, looking for a clue
I've been crawling on my belly
Clearing out what could've been
I've been wallowing in my own confused
And insecure delusions
For a piece to cross me over
Or a word to guide me in
I wanna feel the changes coming down
I wanna know what I've been hiding
In my shadow
My shadow
Change is coming through
My shadow
My shadow
Shedding skin
I've been picking
My scabs again
Pussy fur.
Why... what else did you all think it meant?
Pussy fur. . . pussy fur. . . pussy fur. Yes, that's it. Searching for a more suitable image that might be allowed here. . . I'll be right back. . .
In fifty years no one will ever say the words Justin Bieber or Miley Cyrus or [insert name of 99+% current musical "talents"], but this dude will be discussed...
Let's debate!
A very interesting man in many ways.
And she also sed 'no refer smoking' and I'm pretty sure that was disobeyed too.
I just went 6→8 on this track. Not sure if the band name/album name combo and lyrical content helped w/ the +2 or not....although I'm diggin' the grove on this one, the cool deep vocals and incessant bass line. Long Live RP!!

Time for a puscation.

I take it the rest of the album is worthwhile?
I see what you did there!

That's nitpicking, innit?
Finally! Someone who got the reference.
me too!

It's Milla Jovovich who is their female back up but gets the lead in this one. (♥♥♥♥ this one!!gets under the skin!)
Maynard James Keenan in a nutshell
jberko, I think I do now, probably not when you made that comment. Makes me think of Ween.
In any event, I want to buy the CD.
That's nitpicking, innit?
Arguably, "retarded sexuality and bad poetry" are the foundations of most rock and roll.
This guy has a really creepy voice, and the lyrics are pretty sleazy and sinister. Which is fine by me. 8 from the creeped-out Nottingham jury.
Arguably, "retarded sexuality and bad poetry" are the foundations of most rock and roll. Maynard James Keenan, whom you apparently know nothing about, has been recording and performing "inventive" music for over twenty years. However, the nautical metaphor was quite enjoyable.

Hahahahaha! Ain't it great?!?!
I probably don't. And I will definitely pay more attention going forward. Thanks.
Whoah, dude. It's just a song, man.

I think this is this band's 'one hit wonder.' Everything else I've tried to listen to by these guys is just vulgar and blah.
It will sell a few records and that's all they care about. Junk bond. I gave it a six only because RP made the effort to choose the best they could from the band.
Compelling. Grabs me and forces me to stop doing and listen.
Already rated 9. Should rate this a 10 for stop-dead-in-the-tracks power.
Makes a heck of a lot more sense, considering the name of the record.
Who is singing backup? This song is growing on me, though the band name is not.

Backing vocals? check the common denominator of : rage against the machine, audioslave and pucsifer. thats your man.
Sounds like Pinback, which is fine.
"from Hell" is pretty much Maynard's thing:

....
Agreed, agreed.
Listen up, son of mine.
Momma got something to tell you.
All about growing pains.
Life will pound away where the light don't shine, son.
Take it like a man.
Suck it up, son of mine.
Neil
it's pronounced pussy fur.
Excellent.
GREAT!
Nice groove . . . no pun intended!
Another good one from Maynard. Yay!
Do I like the band because I like Pussy-fur?
Shaved woman equal "Ludovico-the-terrible"
GREAT!

Guess we won't be hearing that on the radio any time soon . . .

Them = Maynard James Keenan of Tool, APC, etc.
AWESOME RP!
now, Tool?
waaaahh I love RP, where else do you get this next to Beatles?
awesome ![]()
Stop it, crank up volume.
7=>8
I went into Maynard's store of the same name in Jerome, AZ. The clerk pronounced it poo-si-fur.
Agreed, I always thought it was like "Lucifer" with a P.
It is really kewl. 8 on my first listen. Never knew much of Tool, are they as good?

Tool is great, but much heavier and disturbing.
