Yes!!
Why don't I just...you know...do it?
Why oh...why....@
If we all could go back in time, we would tell her to sing about 2022. :)
Oh, Skeeter…find yourself a nice hobby. Please.
Released 1 year after or during the cuban missile crisis. which is weirdly appropriate for today (Nov 2022)

I'm not sure I've ever heard this but I do appreciate the lesser known 50s/60s/70s songs rather than the overplayed hits.

Kind of crazy that this song came just 10 years before Kung Fu Fighting, Edgar Winters Group, Santana, and Stevie Wonder's "Superstition".  What a massive change the 1960s brought to music.
great segue!

Did you skip your teen years or are you just in denial?

R.E.M., "It's The End Of The World As We Know It (And I Feel Fine)"
Elvis Costello, "Waiting for the End of the World"
U2, "Until the End of the World"
Blackfield, "End of the World"
Skeeter Davis, "The End Of The World"

Loved that Mayan Apocalypse set, Bill.  One of your best sequences ever.
Well done Bill, thanks for helping us to ring in the end of the world in style.
Glad it's all over now.

I actually held my breath when Bill paused for a long moment at the end of this set. The end of RP would have been the end of the world.
Hilarious list of end of the world songs
What fun!

The proper artwork...
I love you Skeeter!

Were they waiting for this such special day?

Eschatologic overtones!  How fitting!
THIS is why I listen to RP. Eclectic variety!

Thank you Bill!

Nice to hear this classic again!
