Great song. We've seen Joe play lots of times here in Australia. He always plays hard. Sometimes you think he's going to get carted off on a stretcher. Very passionate player.

The female back up singers in this band (that has been around a long time in Oz) were Vika and Linda Bull. Check this clip out from Rock Quiz with them and a few other Aussie legends who have featured on RP and a few who haven't but should

If you like this, take a listen to some of his albums. A long and storied career here in Oz, both with the Black Sorrows, and with other bands he'sformed.  I've been listening to his music since the late 70's, as Jo Jo Zep and the Falcons, to Black Sorrows and The Revelators. Some great song writing, not a lot I don't like, and he's a very exacting producer as well.

I am getting an Elvis Costello, Nick Lowe AND of course a Van Morrison resemblance in the vocals.  Very nice band, never heard of them before- rock on Radio Paradise, listening for many years here, probably 25 years or so.

Another specky mark, RP, out of lovely Melbourne, OZ! To me, he sounds very Phil Lynott-like; makes me recall and want to hear "Cowboy Song" by Thin Lizzy! Hints of Van M, too; soulful&bluesy!
