I love this guy, one of America's best.
When I spent some time in Grosse Point Michigan, people went to different bars based on their juke boxes. They'd all say their juke boxes had all manner of music but just not rap. They all had Eminem and when I would point that out they'd be like "Yeah, it's Eminem."

Anyway, I've never been really into rap and I really dislike some of the more hateful and violent rap in the world but Eminem has always been good to me. He's more playful and fun, even when he is cursing.
So much for the past ideals of keepin' it clean ;)
Unfortunately, the world is harsher now and obscenities are just part of the normalized lexicon.  That said, I still like the song.
All right!  MC Hammer!  Who's got them funky pants?
Please bring back Bill and Rebecca!
Didn't expect to like this.

8.

Steve Miller's My Dark Hour just played right after this! Guess someone's reading.
Please, where are Bill and Rebecca when you need them...?!
Eminem the Artist is talented and has had a long and successful career. However his filthy words and style has have had a profoundly negative impact on the American youth of the 90's, that we are feeling today as those assholes have grown up, reproduced are now running things...Also stole this from the Steve Miller Band I think?

I must agree  I'll give it an 8
I truly thought it was Weird Al at first.

I think he'll be very happy with the cheques ...
The dude is great; some things don't change... I still can't believe it's been, like, 22 frickin' years since I saw him and 50 Cent in Yokohama, when I got pulled all the way up to the front by some wild GI gals on leave from the nearby US Base, and we sure enjoyed the show...
I'm not a hip hop fan, and generally out of the loop on all such things. However,  an Eminem track I came across the other day really got my respect. Yeh, it was political. Yeh, it was calling out all the shit that is currently going on. As such an important part of the counterculture in the 60's, I'm rather astonished at the silence from the musical world on today's issues. William, maybe give that new Eminem track a spin? Give a little nod to the cultural role musicians can and should be playing with their art.

More than he ever hoped for.
Good thing I'm not playing this in a place of business...
Things changing for the worse here
Trust in WILLIAM -

I have learned listening to RP for over 23 years - that maybe every song is on daily rotaiton - but a song - that is well placed in the playlist can really spice things up.
Eminem took a crap song and made it better....
I've never been an Eminem fan, but this song just puts a smile on my face.
more garbage, as opposed to more Garbage.
Good stuff. A lot of you whine when you hear other rappers though.
I’m a 68 year old British white woman, listening to RP in Hampshire U.K… my kids were not into rap..more Nirvana and System of a Down via Mazzy Star and Queens of the Stoneage. but…but…but.. many years ago, 8mile was a film we decided to watch all together one afternoon and it was brilliant.. There is an intelligence to Eminem and an edgy creepiness at times, but this particular track is so good .. I’m going to have to have a morning of Eminem in my earbuds as I push my trolley around Waitrose…

didn't expect to hear this on RP.. kind of refreshing
I’m gonna go get my skates sharpened.
1) I've never understood how rap artists can remember lyrics to their songs especially when their catalogue has a three digit number of songs.

2) I'm not a native english speaker and I seldom listen to lyrics even when I listen to music in my native language. I have no idea what he said but I liked the rhyming/delivery. Normally i just PSD rap songs but the next time this is played I'm pretty sure I'll let it play normally.
I was intentionally late to the Eminem party for a number of reasons.  He’s grown on me, perhaps as we’ve both matured.  This is not his best output, but classic, Shady entertainment nonetheless.  Plus I always appreciate William and team mixing it up.
It sounds like Eminem is finally starting to grapple with his anger issues.
And now i know.
I clicked here to say this sounds like Eminem. Surprise, surprise. Sometimes artists sound like themselves, I guess.
I hope Steve Miller is getting paid well.
HA, a whole lotta fun!

Just a simple reminder why Eminem is one of the all time highest selling artists in the world.
