Old. Stale. Formulaic. Boring. Nothing new. Sounds like they're mailing it in and collecting a check.

And not well executed for following a formula from 1990.
First wondered is Frank Zappa back on earth? It’s Public Enemy keep it up
And right after came American Idiot By Green Day. On december 31st 2025, a message for the New Year and the years to come?

Good. Well, you can't call yourself eclectic without also playing this. Culturally still relevant

I agree with you, although I place PE in a genre other than "rap;" unnamed, but always poignant. I get the same vibe from early punk when it first made it's way to the US.
I've read all the lyrics, which indicates something. Interesting 7.
Cranked it! Dog left!

Why all the hate for this?  Just because the truth makes us uncomfortable, doesn't make it any less true.  If you don't like the 'package' it comes wrapped in, turn off the sound and just read the lyrics.  Not a huge rap fan but it's the perfect vehicle  for this... IMHO

Because it isn't truth?

No hate.  This song just sucks.

Than tell me why the ratings start at One.  I will remind you that millions died for a concept called freedom.
You have a right to your opinions and the rest of us has ours and this is a one from me, not the lyrics, it sounds just bad to my ears.

Rap / Hip/Hop sucks. It always has, it always will.

keep listening the answer is in there somewhere....
This is just what I was feeling today, glad somebody is saying it....right now it seems like American is descending into a failed democracy...

I know what you're saying, but this 67-year-old appreciates hearing good examples of stuff that hasn't been in my wheelhouse. I like it!

16 year old me passed on PE, but 50 year old me is cranking this sh** up. I might be a lame ass old white dude, but this new PE album is talking to me.
Rap / Hip/Hop sucks. It always has, it always will.
It's nice cuz his slow delivery makes me think I understand what he is saying and can relate lol....I did see PE in concert in Tampa in 88, and it was dope as hell..Yeeeaa Booyyyy
For me this is way better than reggae, but I can understand all the negative ratings
Listen to the words
Enough with the Rap Crap!
When I came to RP many years ago, it was to escape songs like these
kudos RP for making a little noise. I hear you.
Most excellent. Want more of this. This is what the “eclectic” in RP is all about.

Umm have you heard the lyrics? This is not gangsta rap.

Militant Brilliant

Sorry, but this is a pass for me. Not what I come to RP for.

I enjoy hip hop and rap at times, but just not what I expect from my "Eclectic Rock" oasis.

What do you think "eclectic" means?
Gawd make it stop!
Thank God for PSD…
Umm... y'all need this! (jk (maybe))
Let's put a cap in something.
More PE? Not a fan.

Good to hear Public Enemy on RP.
Great lyrics.
A but more hiphop in the Main Mix, please.
Brilliant. Angry, timely, spitting straight truth. This is a perfect example of art as activism. And it's a head bopper.
