never heard of these Aussie and I live there - RP grad school continues
This was a radio staple in Australia back when it was new, and still occasionally heard today.
A deep dive into the RP music library suggests there are many 'overlooked' tracks in the system such as this one that have rarely-or never- been played. It's a matter of working them artfully into a set of course.

How strange, thought this was a forgotten 1980s song but it's actually from 2008. Surprised this is just now getting into rotation on RP, figured it would be a good fit for the playlists 15 years ago.
So weird, this is clearly a first play, but I would have bet huge that I knew this song from hearing it on RP. Losing my mind, I swear...
