I've had to temper my desires a bit. Corn isn't exactly digestion friendly, if you know what I mean.

I'm having it again tonight. It's a must win situation. There is no going back to frozen.

So per your last journal, I did the street corn but used sour cream as instructed by ccrider. He is nuts. It was terrible. My street corn is nothing but mayonnaise, salt and sriracha and it is great. Sour cream just disappeared. Maybe if you mix it with mayo and/or some corn oil it would be okay but really, use mayo and it's awesome. Oh, you baste the corn while it grills, that keeps it from drying out. I was basting with the cream too and that didn't work. I see CC says to just grill it dry. I wouldn't. Alexandra will tell you whether my way is good or not.
