Owning one. Talking on one. Talking to someone on one from a normal phone. Hearing someone talk on one. Seeing someone from a distance talking on one.

I wish insurance companies would - instead of raising everyone's rates - simply put clauses in their policies.  To wit:

If you have motorcycle insurance with them and you are involved in an accident and receive a head injury while not wearing a helmet - you're not covered.  Or, if you're talking on a cell phone (or drinking) while driving - you're not covered.
