the trick to octupus is to boil it before you grill it.

Summertime lunch a la Mom: cottage cheese with diced fresh, home grown tomato and lots of black pepper. Yum.

Sliced super thin, fried crisp. Why do I keep repeating myself? Everyone hears but no one listens. It's almost like Name That Tune for the hearing impaired...Maybe a few more notes will help. How 'bout an extra verse or two...maybe a mind blowing bridge or a heart stopping chorus...something...

Lunch special prices here if you are lucky, once you factor in your tip. Evening prices would be over double.

I'm sure I overreacted but those prices are lower than what we paid now that it's tourist season. But the portions were small too. I'll probably settle down but this wasn't a good value. I've never had a bowl of soup that expensive before ... It was pretty thin stuff. If we weren't sharing maybe it would have been enough for a light lunch but no, it was price gouging. I hope they make bank this summer because it's a long winter with no tourists and the locals who get gouged this summer won't be there to keep their lights on this winter. There's a sushi place a couple of doors down and for what we paid for the soup, we could have feasted. Live and learn.
