I enjoyed Grace in Conan and James Bond movies more because... I have her 45  of "I'm Not Perfect (But I'm perfect for you)" the first single by Grace Jones from her album Inside Story, released in 1986. It's up tempo and might make for a good weekend party mix on RP.

It's right next to my 45 of Run DMC's Walk This Way. I've got to dust those off and throw them on the turntable time machine!

The best... imo. And all who say, “back in the day...”, her album... from, say, in the last ten years, is pretty fierce. And seeing her live is so much more than “funny”. HOW DARE YOU!! One of the most impressive and powerful shows I’ve been to. But that’s just me. Opinions.

"Feeling like a woman, looking like a man..." Seeing Grace Jones "perform" is even funnier than hearing her. Good music for watching people in trendy places. I wonder if Sly Dunbar and/or Robbie Shakespeare are embarassed to hear this today. Well, a gig's a gig. Makes me wish there was a rating for "quirky novelty worth hearing once a year and when I least expect it."
