Angry faces, cursing loud,
Changing places, falling proud
Behind the bomb, no one cares,
Time is money
We're taught to tear

It's all part of the process
We all love looking down
All we want is some success
But the chance is never around

It's all part of the process
We all love looking down
All we want is some success
But the chance is never around

How can we show, how to feel
Situation ain't so real
Chopping wood won't stop the rage
We need targets on war we wage

It's all part of the process
We all love looking down
All we want is some success
But the chance is never around

It's all part of the process
We all love looking down
All we want is some success
But the chance is never around

You smash they grab 'til it's gone
Attempt to grow and fix undone
And I am the way it's all to scale
We're all companions on which we sail

It's all part of the process
We all love looking down
All we want is some success
But the chance is never around

It's all part of the process
We all love looking down
All we want is some success
But the chance is never around

It's all part of the process
We all love looking down
All we want is some success
But the chance is never around

It's all part of the process
We all love looking down
All we want is some success
But the chance

Love the fiddle and steel, even if I'm repeating myself. Which I am!
Definitely a pedal steel afternoon. Love it!

Hearing this for the 1st time with new speakers (the great value Sony SS-CS5 bookshelf speakers) and wow, the cat purring sounds extra excellent to me.

I highly recommend these, esp. if you can get them at the low price point ($75) or even the mid point ($118) - nice and lively with good sound stage, and paired with a sub woofer, you get to hear all the frequencies our human ears can hear.

Long Live RP and cheap audiophile equipment!!

Definitely an album to pursue in more depth - excellent.

Tell me more of your 'part of the process'...

Ahm no, please don't.
Thanks RP.

I discover this sound through the headphones of two swedish girlfriends going by train to Hanoï. Since then i hear this album  with nice memories from Vietnam.
All my companions in the printing/DT publishing/graphic design field, –does anyone find themselves singing, "It's a four-color pro-cess" when this comes on? Or is it just me?!
she sings the chorus a full half-note flat!
am I the only one who hears this?

Agree with the flat vocal comments. Too many missed opportunities to make this a stunning track, to my ears.
Sound like a mashup of Boys of Summer and Midnight Rider

Just noticed that this time. Maybe I've never listened to this on earphones?

What are you on about? Shag is doing just fine, just talked to him a few months ago at his new LA store on Melrose.
Her voice is not enjoyable.  It's a shame.
Her voice is weak, thin, and tonally a little flat. This is how I sound when I sing. So I only sing alone in the car. It's like nails on a chalkboard.

Ugh. Started liking this tune...but it's slipping quickly on the conveyor belt of tunes for me.

Want that on my wall,

with Morcheeba on the 16.7 system too.

Oh, the 9 o'clock gun just went off bringing me back to reality.

PS Shag barely made it, I'm wishing him well.

And I used to think these guys were Kung Fu fans (more Chiba)
I like Morcheeba, but this tune is wearing on me.
Good stuff!!!

Just what are those strange noises that sound like they should be restricted to the bathroom? And what are they adding to this otherwise fine song?
I love this song, but that low rumbling sound reminds me of the the morning after an evening at Vinnie's Veggie Burrito stand.
Playing when I turned on this Christmas Morning. My favorite Morcheeba track! Happy Christmas to all at RP:-)
u turned me on to these guys Bill, and I can't get enough. SSoooooo mellow groovy. u need to play moog island on the bonus cut too, thanx mon

Bravo for posting a Shag painting. I have four signed/numbered lithographs (or are they serigraphs?), I never know the difference.

This is a good song, but not one of my favorites.

Rather enjoyed that.
Nice enough voice and song, though not as good as some Morcheeba I've heard on RP. Shame about the rolling wet fart sound in the background, though ;-)
Interesting— couple of reasons  I listened to some Morcheeba fews back and would not have picked her out here, cept knew I liked the voice and the musicians were tight! Also th{#Music}e comments are — interesting, if you have not heard some of early work give it a shot- the potential of this girl is I think unlimited
decent

Nothing almost about it, gernick. This is a groovin' song.
morcheeba have always hit the nail right on the head: Lounge music is meant to be forgettable. However the inclusion of country in this song almost makes it rise above the lounge benchmark

Morcheeba is kinda boring especially now when those two djs decided to change the lead singer. They simply sinked down to musical forgetfulness. Poor guys.
One of the better Morcheeba songs—and so true!
I'll have "less-cheeba" please.
YAY! MORE CHEEBA.

This is typical of this album. Their first one was real dark, this one is more mellowand they keep getting more bubbly, until they got a new singer, and that album sucks. This album has a really funny rap song on it.
One of my favorite cd's. Some dj said they did a survey and found that more people had sex to this album than any other!
Isn't it too close to the end of the day for this junk?
