What a happy little tune!

Part due to the fab and underrated ukulele (which they don't mention in their blurb)!
If this was Paul Simon it would be his best song.
Now I need a holiday.

Like "Hippies" sounded like a bunch of wobbly walkers back in the 70's?

Where ya going, they say
On a holiday
Watching bellies of the planes
As they fly away
No coins of gold
No money in the bank
As long as I dream

Sounds like my vacation plans.

It's actually an exercise for the hip (as is hip adduction) but I suppose to you do it wrong you might need PT. :)
First listen, puts me in mind of Vampire Weekend. I like it!

Where the hell did this guy manufacture this crap accent? A Vaguely reggae/Caribbean/Jack Johnson/Michael Franti mash up. Strictly for the white boy with dreadlocks set.

Fogerty is who I think of for getting away with faking an accent but there has to be a country singer from Manhattan who drawls like a Louisiana native.  I love Fogerty, BTW, and think his being to pull off being a swamp boy is a testimony to his talent.
Had to check it wasn't David Gray!

I was thinking that - as my hip pain throbbed while I read this.
makes me want to sit on the beach drinking a beverage with an umbrella and lots of fruit in it.  Has a Paul Simon vibe.
sounds like Passenger to me...

Yeah. I don't dislike much but this is too syrupy for RP.

They're apparently from St. Petersburg, FLA - maybe that's the native accent.
Okay there must be a theme or topic or other RP magic goin on in this set. Followed the recently stunning Si Se with THIS! {#Roflol}
La la la la la la . La. La. La la la la la la . Lazzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

For a "negative" post, that's pretty funny!  I feel that way too, maybe less severely.  Also reminds me of that song by Passenger....something a bit too juvenile about the vocal quality for my liking.  At least this one I like the grove, so I'll stick to my 6 rating for now.  PEACE & LONG LIVE RP!!

Sounds like the band Eddie From Ohio doing a cover of a Xavier Rudd song - I like it!
Great song.  Dancing bananas make it all the better!

i was thinking the same thing, but i thought it was just me since i'm about to get a cortisone shot in my hip tomorrow.
Reminds me a bit of Paul Simon's Graceland.  Not a bad thing.

nice blend of a whole lot of different stuff.  Kind of like Mali meets Hawaii on a trip to the Caribbean or something.

Islander Quiet Hollers?
New band? Lead singer sounds a little like David Gray.
