Goddammit Freespirit, MojoJojo & Vanfan !!! Are you deaf ?? A brilliant song for the club scene as well!
1, Solely on account of the cheesy voice effects.
Did Britney Spears write this? Is this a boy-band? Is that his voice or a gimmick? Is this still Radio Paradise? Hello?
Sounds like Zuccerro!

Damnit... get rid of the Cher Voice. Too many tunes doing that now.
It's been many years since I heard any new stuff from him, when he was in Sugar, and Husker Du prior. Quite a melody with good wall-of-sound production.
Did he borrow Cher's vocoder?

LMAO. Strangely enough, it didn't bother me when Cher did it and this doesn't bother me either. But I sure hated it when Neil Young used it. But that high hat is driving me nuts ...

GO VO-CODER, GO!
Damn right!!! The more you hear it, the catchier this song gets. Went to some gigs of his recent tour, Brussels and Amsterdam, good vibe, too bad he didn't play this one. And no vocoder either :-) Well, you don't hear me complaining, with all the live stuff from the HÌsker DÌ and Sugar era
GO VO-CODER, GO!
Disconnect that effects box, and nobody gets hurt.
NO - no vocoders, please. Lame. Guess he has to dress up his sucky voice somehow...
I really like Bob Mould but there is one thing he hasn't learned since going solo back in the 80s: mix the lead vocals HIGHER so we can HEAR them. They are always buried. It seems like someone would have told him or that he would have noticed by now. It's really irritating.
Oh noo, not the Cher effect!
Upon first listen I don't care for this at all. I don't like the voice box sound of the vocals (or whatever you might call it).

I first saw him in Chicago too...I am a little jealous, we don't get the same types of acts in Colorado...but we have better skiing!!
A new sound for Bob...while I like it, I think Iwould need to listen to it more to love it as much as his earlier stuff.
