Yep, even more easily than on leather, in fact. You have to know that you'll go from something that feels like fabric, to something that feels like soft vinyl, though.

No, sharpies don't like paint, it tends to clog the sh*t outta them. I used heavy body artist acrylic in dark brown that I put into a squeezie bottle. I used the squeezie bottle as I would have a pencil. They look like this, only bigger: And the tips are plastic, not metal. I started using them when I was developing my mark-making art technique called Stacked Journaling.
