Those comments you made a couple of years ago about not really needing all those phone sockets live if using portable phones now make sense. 

Why the hell did you think I wanted (and paid for) phone sockets in several rooms if I didn't want to be able to use them.  I assumed a while that maybe the one in the study wasn't working right.  Now I realise that NONE of the sockets is live except the original ones.  For heavens sake. I guess I now need to get someone to get them operational. 

Sometimes I feel like the little brother who's standing in the endzone screaming "I'm Open, Throw It To Me!!"
