If you're not so much concerned with Yellowstone, the winter months... well they're still shit. December thru February are pretty much gray and stark and just count on indoor stuff. Sure we get out and play but unless you ski I don't see that being a good time to come for a visit. It's often a monotonous drive with everything monochrome.
