leaving a hotel in Odense while we were there eating dinner. They were on their way to perform, reunited, at a festival nearby. We are about 20 minutes away by car.
I took some surreptitious pics but couldnât get a good shot.
This was a really big deal in their musical sphere!

I was disappointed when I went out on the balcony to see the show. I found out a couple days later that you had
to view the lights through a mobile phone with the lens set to night mode - a feature my iPhone doesn't have.

Our friends, who have a BIT more money than us, invited us to diner at the clubhouse at Indian Wells Country Club.
A real nice evening was there for us.
A shot of some guys locker who hasn't shown up in a few years...
A view out the window from the dining room...

Faintly visible here in NE Ohio at the moment. 11.15 pm ET. Supposed to be visible as far south as Alabama oveIr the next two days I was just told on the local TV weather.
I learned recently that the intensity of Aurora Australis doesn't track exactly with the intensity of Aurora Borealis but I have a friend who is down on the coast trying to get a view and photos. Unfortunately a low pressure system moved in so she may not see anything. If it clears up I may try to find a dark spot to look. At least we needed the rain.
