Radio Paradise

I think I do need help here. I've got everything all ready to ship except for burning the CDs from iTunes. But what is the best format to use?
mp3 doesn't work because I didn't rip them as mp3s. An audio CD is too big for one disk. In the end I tried a data disk and tested it in the car's CD player. It played everything except two tracks, one of which I bought from iTunes.. which is not bad but a bit less than perfect. Any ideas for solving this?
