 I'll think about it. I absolutely put ketchup on hot dogs and don't usually bother with mustard. As we move up the sausage food chain (Polish sausage), tho, it gets more important to have decent mustard also, and then when you're at homemade bratwurst you have to have homemade mustard and no ketchup. Is it wrong to have bratwurst and sauerkraut? For breakfast?
