So there's a cheesesteak food truck around here and they're pretty good, honestly. But I blew his mind when I put tomatoes and mustard on mine. He was not prepared for that. Is that unheard of? Well it's good.

Philly uses Cheez Wiz. someimes they put mayo on it. what do they know. you want a good deli American Cheese. not process cheese food. nothing with the word Kraft on it. that's a waste of good steak.
