Sounds like you're listening via one of our popup players (HD Slideshow or Audio Player) & then clicking the PSD button at the top of the page.  That will cause the condition you mention. No way around that. The alternative would be to have 2 songs playing at once.  

You should use the PSD button on the player window instead.

also, It really bugs me when it automatically goes to a big page that tells me to go to a different page to listen because
I'm already where I want to be and I have fiddle with it to get back to there I want to listen from.

I just made some rather significant changes to the PSD code. If PSD isn't working for you, refresh your browser window (using your browser refresh button, NOT the 'refresh this window' link at the top of the page).

If you get the wrong song title on a PSD song, please post a note about it or send me an email. Please don't post a song comment about it. Chances are I won't see it & won't be able to fix the problem — & your post won't add anything to the conversation about the song.

Improvements you may notice:  

The sound level & dynamics of the PSD songs should now more closely match the main stream, and in most cases the audio quality will be improved. Previously, all PSD songs were 128k MP3, regardless of what stream bitrate or format you were listening to. Now they'll match the stream bitrate. 

PSD song selection now also takes the length of the song(s) on the main playlist into consideration, picking a song that will end near the beginning of the next main playlist song, or the one after that.
