Same for me. Always worked well now is stops inexplicably. Sometimes resumes,somerimes I have to switch to another streaming service and back again. But... At the moment neither of my echos will stream anything so I think this is an echo problem.

I've been enjoying RP via my Amazon Echo for over 6 months now. It's a constant companion when I'm in the kitchen cooking. Until recently I could ask, "Alexa. What song is this?" and the reply would be the name of the song and the artist. I would get the same info when I ask, "Alexa. Who's the artist?"  Recently, however, this very useful behavior has stopped working. Now when I ask either question, the response is, "This is Radio Paradise from TuneIn." No song info at all. My Android app shows the name of the song playing and the artist, so I know the data is getting sent to Amazon, but I don't understand why I'm not getting the same info as before. I've posted this on the Echo site as well but have received no replies as yet. Any thoughts as to what's going on?

I use it more and more. Things like math and spelling even. 
So I will ask her how to spell many words and she 99% of the time knows the word I am asking about and on the first try. By kids use it for math (for Pok-e-mon points being added up) and we  also use it for new briefs, add stuff to our to-do list and grocery list and it is good at playing music too. Like it for weather and she even has a sense of humor, (ask her to open the pod bay doors (2001 A Space Odyssey)). We ask her to define works too. Set timers and alarms.
Anyway, the more I use it, the more I like it. Also, good for when we cook for measurement conversion and also for metric to standard and stuff like that. You can ask her who the Rolling Stones are and she will tell you about the group.

Got the Echo and it plays Radio Paradise, but through Rad.io or something and the bit rate is poor. But nice to see it works.
I said, "Alexia, play Radio Paradise" and there it was...

I don't know if it will work out of the box, but I would love to be able to ask the Amazon Echo "Alexa, play Radio Paradise" and have it pull up your station in all it's goodness and music glory.
I see the Echo having a much larger user base then the Chumby, speaking of which, thanks again for getting the Chumby "now playing" widget back up and running.
