1. Windows10 running Foobar2000
2. Ubuntu Linux running Clementine. 

Currently listening to the stream on the latter and sounding extremely lush!  Will report back with any observations.

Plopped the FLAC stream URL into foobar2000.   Sounds good.

Incidentally, the FLAC stream in a FireFox RP web-player drops out every now and then.  That is rectified by bringing up settings and either clicking on FLAC again or temporarily moving to Ultra MP3 and then moving back to the FLAC stream.   The slide shows continues while the stream drops out.

NOTES:

1. There is no metadata (song titles). It appears that we just can't do that. You can use our web player in 'track' mode to see what's playing.

2. This is subject to outages and glitches as we refine our setup.

Is there a plan to bring FLAC streaming out so I can play it through my LINN DSM? I currently play the 320kb streams which while fine, all my music on the LINN Kazoo player are FLAC and the sound difference is important.

I use a Mac Mini as the audio server and perhaps, will have to find a way to do a DLNA routing to feed the LINN via Ethernet.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

where do I find the Mac version of the RP app?  I don't see it anywhere on the Listen+Apps tab.  Am i missing something?

The looping problem discussed below went away within a day or two, so thanks BillG for whatever you did! I've experienced a couple minor glitches since then: the FLAC stream stopped at the station ID twice, Sunday at the end of a full day of enjoyment and a day or two later after only an hour, but that's Situation Normal for internet radio.

New problem: for some reason the 320k option isn't appearing in the LMS plugin, only the FLAC stream and the 192k stream. I noticed this after an LMS upgrade. Uninstalling/reinstalling the plugin does not help.

This is almost certainly the same issue that causing our main stream source to crash also. I am most definitely working on it.

On QLMS playlist keeps repeating today.   Anyone else listening from Logitech Media Server and getting repeats?

Due to how the app is structured, changing the bitrate does not immediately take effect. It will take 1-3 songs for the change to be reflected. If you want to make comparisons, after you make the change, tap 'Live Stream', then 'Sync to Web Stream'.

I have a technical query that somone may be able to help me with.

I am am listening using the IOS app with an external DAC Audioquest Dragonfly through Bowers and Wilkins P7 headphones.
I have selected Flac as the output stream.

Does anyone know if the app sends the flac stream via the lightning cable,
or does the app convert the flac prior to sending to the lightning cable.

One thing I have noticed is that I cannot tell any difference between the lowest quality and the Flac stream.
However whivhever stream I choose the sound quality is superb.

If you are using a web browser to play RP, you will not see the FLAC option. You need the RP app - there are versions of this for Mac and PC as well as mobile devices. 

btw, I'm listening on my computer, not mobile whatever that means
