I had a horrible feeling RP had been deleted from the UK only - it's been taken off TuneIn for some strange UK-only licensing issue. At least it still works fine in the car streamed from my phone over bluetooth - I still get album art and can jump tracks, I just can't change the stream so easily any more on the move...
Same issue in my Polestar 2 (Volvo's cousin).
A few others have reported a similar issue in the Polestar forum.
I am listening through Spotify at the moment, but I get advert breaks every now and then as I am not a Premium subscriber.
i only discovered RP recently (through other users' recommendations in the Polestar forums actually) and made my first contribution last month. Really hoping it works again soon.
For me, RP also stopped working in my Volvo and shows the same message. It is also Android Automotive. I have also done the same fixes but nothing helps.
I would also like it back in operation.

Any updates on song data synchronization issues? Using a legacy Logitek Boombox with Raspberry Pi/LMS system has always had it's own foibles and quirks but for the past few months song-playing and displayed data has consistantly been out of sync. Roku acting similarly although maybe it seems to right itself after a few songs, sometimes? I'm assuming this all might be a part of the song data issues of which you speak. I don't expect your IT wizards to have to cater to every device we all have out here. Just wondering if this issue is still on your radar.

im writing today to let you know that the Chromecast feature hasn't been working. Ot isn't visible in the top right of my screen
i reinstalled the app and it did show (and worked) yesterday, but.after.closing.the.app it's bot working anymore. Even after deleting the app and reinstall.
Using a Samsung Galaxy S22Ultra. Fully updated.

Regarding chromecast, we'll probably have to put out an update.
In the meantime what seems to work, is rotate phone to get icon to appear.

Using the on-board play store I can download the Radio Paradise app. 3 days ago it stopped working with an "RP isn't working right now" message. Deleted and reinstalled twice, rebooted the on-car comms system but no joy.
I suspect that the in-car app is failing to connect to the RP server, or it is connecting but something has changed in the stram/protocols.
I'd like to have it back!!

when listening to Rock, Main, Global, Mellow channels, songs that we graded 3 or below (Red grade) aren't offered to us?
This would allow us to discard songs we don't enjoy, when some.

Dit it started two weeks ago, with the Smartphone Application, when I've heard a song on Radio Paradise main list, that was about rain (if I remember well) but that caused some crackling to start, parasiting the song? What was strange is that this parasiting continued of the next four or five songs!
Since that day, I guess, my Smartphone Application face a trouble: one time on four, let's say, the next song button makes the application crashes.
I'll try to see if I can get logs from my smartphone. I've never experienced doing that, I've heard that with adb I could retrieve some. It could be useful to explain what is happening.
Trying to sort newest rated songs in personal profile seems to be broken. Drop down menu lists option when first selected but only flips sorting from high to low. Second attempt to select ânewestâ is replace by sorting options highest- rated or Lowest-rated.
Issue persists on both desktop Mac/safari as well as iPad. Unable to see most recently rated songs. Just sorts from low/high or vice versa.
Chromecast option/icon not appearing. When first opening app, the icon is missing. Closing the app and starting it again consistently resolves the issue.
Not sure when it started but I only noticed it within the last week and a half.
