What's amazing about the theories is that they also attack positions that the right has defended. For example:

Joe would be happy to outlaw guns, but he'd probably settle on a background check or a minimum age of 21 (or 25)? Anyone who believes it is an idiot...which is another reason we should have background checks. 90% of TEXANS are OK with background checks...90%!!! The insanity is that a very, very strict minority is setting policy that the vast majority of our democracy disagrees with. I'm pretty sure it's no longer a democracy when that happens.

Imagine if you will: Baby Mama approaches the state for assistance, State insists on potential Baby Daddy submitting a DNA sample or be fined/or jailed. (like refusing a breath test) Married or Not.
