I'm not sure if this is an option for you...but an appointment at the Genius bar is often the only way we've gotten answers.

If you go through the link above...you'll eventually get to a "call" option. It tells me the wait is less than 2 mins. You enter your contact info...and they call you.

Hello RP wondering what the criteria is for the playlist. Is it certain artists or record labels. I asked this, as I was using the search function for Bill Callahan and did not get a return. Been using RP for about 4 yrs and canât say I have heard either BC or Smog. Like I say just wondering, RP is the very best out there, keep up the wonderful service guys. Rich

I haven't been on here in ages. I see that some things are different. Sometimes I listen on my phone, and I found that I can listen to my favorites under settings, but I don't see that option here. So my question is, is it possible to do that on a pc?
