If you paste it someplace else then you can copy that URL and paste it here - of course the context of a random image on some other site may be confusing to whoever sees it there. I imagine Bill doesn't want RP to be hosting images (other than the avatars) in order to conserve memory space.

A local file (from your computer) won't be possible to paste online here. Or, will it?! Nah.... don't think so. The file needs to be online somewhere, before pasting.
Y'all correct me if I'm wrong please.
That's what I thought (at least that's how it's working/not working for me). Don't have it online.
