I forgot... not today but one day some time back I ate an Arby's Ruben. thoughts- #1 No, I don't know why #2 I should have known better. (even Arby's roast beef doesn't taste like Arby's roast beef) yuk #3 yes I ate the whole thing. sucker #4 overall just a shame to call it a ruben

Some really dark rye topped with avocado along with some Mersey Valley Classic cheese , a touch of balsamic,and a good swish of tamari sauce, some leafy greens ripped from the kitchen garden ,organic of course. But all totally let down with the addition of a glass of Portuguese soft red , plus a little bit more, well, not really , but a little bit bigger more of the red. Oh yum.

My New Year's Day traditional brunch, with a cranberry mimosa for a change, and a little "skillet" dark chocolate brownie I got as a gift. Must say that that still warm brownie on top of some vanilla gelato with a splash of homemade coffee liqueur was darn yummy!
