I second BillG's recommendation of XMas in Frisko on the SomaFM website. Songs you will definitely not hear anywhere else. Be forewarned: some are X-rated and not family/work appropriate.

We don't go to malls, so we've been enjoying the wide variety of holiday music at
northpoleradio.com while at home (all except anything sung by Neil Diamond and any cover version of
Happy Christmas (War Is Over) .
The highlight this morning was Vince Guaraldi's
Linus and Lucy .

If you're looking for holiday music fix, we suggest:
SOMA.fm's Xmas in Frisko (wacked out holiday weirdness — BG's personal fave)
SOMA.fm's Christmas Lounge (chilled out holiday sounds — great for parties)
SKY.fm's Christmas Channel (traditional holiday favorites)
Then when you've had enough — or if you just got back from the mall and you need to be SURE there will be absolutely no reindeer or Santas or sleighrides to tip you over the edge into full-blown XmaPsychosis, tune back in to RP :-).
Happy (insert-holiday-of-your-choice) everybody!
Totally works for me!
Thanks!

Too bad that we won't be hearing Ozzy Osbourne doing Silent Night off of his long anticipated Christmas Album then.

So my long-ago-added upload of "Jingle Bells" by Booker T. & The MGs is out of the running, again.
