Guys like this are probably thankful to have knowledgeable customers like you who can take pictures of model numbers, schematics, and pull off the access panels.

A sharp guy like you could join the DIY guild and do this sort of "plug and play" repair yourself, with a little learnin'

i try to treat people well

i like relationships

so i'm walking my dog last night and when i enter my place i hear the AC make a low rumbling noise and just stop

it's nine pm and hot as hell outside

so i contact my AC guy

he asks for detailed info and pics of my unit's particulars

so i snap a bunch of pics and send them

he says i think i know the problem and i'll see you at seven am

i groan and say ok

five minutes later he calls and says i'll be there in twenty

this guy rolls up and gets busy (i did have the unit panels removed)

in like thirty minutes he has replaced a major part of my fan/blower unit and put everything back together 

unbelievable

i'm thankful for friends like him

and this is why i refer him a ton of business

i don't smoke cigars when i jump anymore but my first wing suit rule is if you're close enough to reach out and strike match on the rock, you're too f'n close
