Always turn this one up! It brings back such lovely memories of snow camping with my husband (now of 36 years) with a full moon above and the tops of the tallest ponderosa trees standing tall above our heads. So peaceful, so quiet, so much Love!

have been a fan ever since Harvest, one of my earliest album purchases. Even when i didn't find one of his multiple musical directions exactly stellar, credit was given for the consistent experimentation and desire to try different things. this was a bit of a return and i thought he was "tying things up" to retire. that was 1992 and he is still rocking and making music. bravo!

Always loved this song - but always thought the lyric should have been “‘neath this harvest moon”. How can you dance “on” a celestial object? More importantly, how can I argue with a lyricist of Neil’s caliber? Never mind! 😆

Most of Neil Young's music is a little raw for me, but this song is a diamond. 9 -> 10. Beautiful mood, playing, singing and lyric. So gorgeous.

I absolutely hate Neil Young. His performance on-stage looks like a wounded badger wiggling free of a bear trap. His voice alone is like nails on a chalkboard. That being said, this song is great. The exception to my perception. A 10 !!!

Neil is my all time favorite and this is my favorite song of his.
VIDEO: I want to dance at this bar in a redwood forest, to this song, on a beautiful night with the harvest moon shining overhead. Oh, I need someone awesome to dance with. 
I'm starting to dislike Neil Young. I guess repetition does not make the heart grow fonder in this case.
Not much of a fan of Neil Young but this is a great song.

Nice, but the unplugged version is far superior imo.

Together with James Taylor and Linda Ronstadt as back-up and instrumentalised
by Stray gators. But not so depressiv and uncertain.
