Magical magical magical weather sunlight bathes our home
Shirley I'm up and up forever sunlight bathes our home
Keeping our life and limbs together sunlight bathes our home
Back and forth the colours go where it stops noone knows

Sing and sing this together
Sing and sing this at home
Laughter laughters untethered
Laughter laughter at home
Merriment has made our split halves whole

Watch it all watch it all watch it beginning sunlight bathes our home
None of us here could keep from grinning sunlight bathes our home
Back and forth the colours go where it stops noone knows

Sing and sing this together
Sing and sing this at home
Laughter laughters untethered
Laughter laughter at home
Merriment has made our split halves whole

Would you be would you be would you be governed sunlight bathes our home
Keeping our lives and limbs uncovered sunlight bathes our home
Back and forth the colours go where it stops noone knows

Sing and sing this together
Sing and sing this at home
Laughter laughters untethered
Laughter laughter at home

Merriment has made our split halves whole
Sunlight binds our home together
Sunlight binds our home together
Sunlight binds our home together
Sunlight binds our home together

5.8 avg rating seems about right.

This band is an acquired taste, but I for one am glad they are in the rotation. Kudos Bill!

Girls, who like boys...
Not for me, thanks!!
Sun shinin through the front door.  The pooch is snoozin there.  Nice afternoon for man and beast.
Didn't we leave this sound back in the 80's? I didn't bring it, did you? The dog must have dragged it up.
At points, the clarinet sounds almost like bagpipes. What riff is that they're borrowing?

Not horrible, but it sounds like the singer's jaw is half wired shut

Not quite, unless you allow for the double n
This is really cool. Me likey.
Sort of reminds me of Violent Femmes, but less interesting and compelling. How about following up with some VF?
Groovy. I like it.
I'm going to Wichita, Far from this aphora forevermore. Whoops! Wrong track... With a band name like Clinic, how about a song that mentions "turning your head and coughing"? JK!
I must say....I like the song....but,they must have to towel off the mike constantly....
More crazy clarinet. I love it.
Thanks for playing one of my fave songs from this album!
Whoa, this one is really fun to listen to.

It's hard to hate it, but even harder to love it.

I keep hearing little bursts of Placebo in this and it's kind of weirding me out. ...that and the song ain't that great

This sure is a groovy little number! Hard to not bop around the living room, it is. I heard Clinic is in the studio recording new material, hope to hear some soon.

Don't often see people replying to themselves. You know it's ok to talk to yourself. It's ok to answer yourself too. It's when you catch yourself saying "huh?" then you in trouble.
Interesting. The "Artist Website" link takes me to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, not the Clinic in Liverpool.

Whew, I'm not crazy (well, maybe but that's another story). I first heard this and was immediately reminded of RH's My Iron Lung. Yeah, I know they really don't sound all that alike. But I was reminded of that song nonetheless.

Kind of Radioheadish...
Yeah, this is good
I like the sound of the music, but could do without the Placebo-esque vocalist.

The Monkeys meets Radiohead.... quite like it tho :)

Yes, please, please, please - this is one of the WORST songs I recall hearing!
I always like Clinic's compositions, but the singer reminds me of Brian Molko from Placebo. Not a good thing.
Please, never again.
Pleasantly surprised to hear these guys on RP. They have a great, unique sound, although a good deal of their songs sound the same (and some of them a little more garage-y compared to this one). I saw them a few years back in a stiflingly hot club, and they wore surgical scrubs and masks the whole time--man, it must be hard to breathe in those things!

Yeah, OK, OK, OK. I get it. Sunlight bathes their home. I'm happy for them, but does every other phrase have to be the same? Doesn't their "other song" do the same thing? Yawn.

For once, I agree with you.

Bill, Another band you hooked me up with... Cool Sean in NC
I dunno why, but I find this just slightly addicting... I think I'll be picking up this CD soon; --d
"Sunlight Bathes Our Home" - Please pull the shades down on this one!

nice wordplay. i hope you don't get "sick". you may have to check into a "clinic". ;)
I picked up this album for my brother and I can\'t stop listening to it. Their song titles are great.
This sounds a lot like Cowboy Junkies' "Common Disaster"
In a word . . . wanky.

Siouxsie & The Banshees reminds me of the B-52s very much. Hey - how come no B-52's on RP?
refreshing, like the first gin and tonic of the evening. but, like the g&t, i have the feeling that it\'ll make me sick after too much of it.

I really like the song, but she sings like she just got out of the dentist\'s chair.
that was slightly annoying
Actually, the music reminds me of that old \"Popcorn\" instrumental...
Anyone else recognise this band\'s trademarks ? The 3 clinic songs ive heard on RP all have a similar bass line, tippety tappity drums, similar chords, and breaks. Good stuff though, but Status Quo has more variety.
Upon initial listen Clinic reminds me a teensy bit of Siouxsie & The Banshees. I like what I\'ve heard so far.
Dance with a nice, loose, upbeat rock \'n\' roll approach to it. Like it a lot. Kinda B-52ish, actually.
I had no idea it was possible to be fiercely indifferent about anything until I heard this song.
I thought this was interesting, if nothing else (and I mean that in a positive sense, not as a subtle dig). I\'d like to hear other songs by this group.
