Well I'm so above you
And it's plain to see
But I came to love you
Anyway-y
So you pulled my heart out
And I don't mind bleedin'
Any old time you keep me waitin'
Waitin', waitin'

Oh whoa-o-oh, I got a love that keeps me waitin'
Oh-whoa-o-oh, I got a love that keeps me waitin'
I'm a lonely boy
I'm a lonely boy
Oh whoa-o-oh, I got a love that keeps me waitin'

Well your mama kept you
But your daddy left you
And I should've done you
Just the sa-a-a-a-ame
But I came to love you
Am I born to blee-heed
Any old time you keep me waitin'
Waitin', waitin'

Oh whoa-o-oh, I got a love that keeps me waitin'
Oh-whoa-o-oh, I got a love that keeps me waitin'
I'm a lonely boy
I'm a lonely boy
Oh whoa-o-oh, I got a love that keeps me waitin'

Hey

Oh whoa-o-oh, I got a love that keeps me waitin'
Oh-whoa-o-oh, I got a love that keeps me waitin'
I'm a lonely boy
I'm a lonely boy
Oh whoa-o-oh, I got a love that keeps me waitin'

Always a pleasure to encounter a familiar song ^^

I find this one Quite Likeable, though the Pop-ish Chorus with the Ohs does get on my nerves sometimes

I'm with you! And, 53 Miles West of Venus, while we're at it!

W saw them live in 2022 what a great show!! Band of horses was the opener very good as well.

I saw them here in Greenville, SC in 2014 with St. Vincent as an opener. Free tickets from a local DJ on the new Alternative Radio Station that I knew. Vincent was different but the boys from Ohio blew us away!!!  Absolutely rocked it!

It's amazing how much music this duo puts out.  They sound like a 4 or 5 member band.  The energy in their music is undeniable.
I use this song's intro as my cell phone ringtone - love that guitar!  Works great until Lonely Boy comes on the radio and I think it's a call coming in.

Calibro 35 version of Sabotage is really good too :)
GREAT TUNE!!!
You'll never find a Rick Beato analysis of this song, but I still like it.
That guitar intro though!

Love the official video for this tune - boogie dude!

Hearing this on the RP Rock Mix means I didn't get the T-Rex segue, though I know what you mean enough to go +1 to 8...LLRP!!
Nice segue from T-Rex!
This has a real Sisters of Mercy vibe to it. I approve!

this song is like everything from The Black Keys: uninspired & annoying :-((

  open a wound in your chest, find the fear and sorrow that is in all humanity. grab it by the neck and choke it. you're not gonna hurt it, you can't. but you can sure as hell wake it up. when you do, close the wound. and for future reference call that feeling the blues. your experience of music will change, i guarantee it.

if you need help opening that wound check this out. it should get you started

I'm glad I'm not the only one who hears the heavy Marc Bolan influence on The Black Keys music. And that is, by no means, a bad thing{#Dancingbanana}
LOVE this song, and the filmclip with the guy dancing - I want to dance with him {#Motor}

Still have to turn this off. So annoying. Esp in contrast to smooth RP ride. A bag of cats and jackhammers run over by an El Camino.

Yeah, but I like the sound of a bag of cats and jackhammers run over by an El Camino!
SKULL CANDY AND me and RP makes three...!
That kicks ass.

They sure have a scorching drummer! {#Drummer}
Every time I hear this song I envision the video, which I really dig https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a_426RiwST8  Dance man, dance.
Dance-break!

Saw them supporting Kings of Leon at Hyde park and thought they were much better, now a big fan.
Hey, it's good that somebody else likes that video - he's a great dancer :-)
This song has just been bumped to "10" -- and mostly because of the rockin' beat, and also because of this video:

This song is forcing a re-consideration of the entire BK catalog!!

I've seen them play live twice - the first time I had never even heard of them - stumbled into them at a festival and was blown away.  They are REALLY GOOD live - super high energy rock and roll.

Following these live exposures, their recorded stuff seemed like a bit of a let down, to me anyway.

However, after that blast of rock and roll, I'm going to have to give them a closer listen.

Holy wow - a Black Keys song I actually LIKE!  Well, I sorta like their music, but for some reason, it usually doesn't move me.  This song, however, does move me. It has more fun and liveliness in it.  I hope I'm not turning into Belinda Carlisle.

We miss you so much, Cynaera...

love this song...  we be dancing...

I like this album. This guys still make good noise. Have you listen the song n.4 of this album ? A few minutes of genuine rock, reminds me Stairway to Heaven.

Yeah, I'm with you on that.... this is sounding a little "phoned in" to me.  I guess I have high expectations for them!

Godlike, love it!
For the first 18 seconds it sounded like they were channeling Leon Russel but it then went elsewhere
This is a great cut but they were on SNL and really didn't impress... ? They are young with lots of time.

Have not been into the Black Keys until I heard this Track.  This has a great groove!!
Never really got into the Black Keys, all of their songs sound all the same to me usually. I have heard so much positive from this album will have to go to Amazon and give it a test listen sometime.{#Think} Ooops! I just gave away that I comment in here without actually listening to the station.{#Doh} I think most of you know this already.{#Lol}

Looks like my old Plymouth Voyager ('cept mine was red and the wheels looked different). My even older Cougar was like Neko's 'cept yellow and my headlight lids still worked.
