Do you feel like you're the only one living on a prayer?
Have you ever tried to love someone who wasn't even there?

No one really knows
Where it goes from here
But we all decompose
And slowly disappear

If evil lays its hands on me
Shine a little light on my soul
Show me things I cannot see
Shine a little light on my soul

Go to places that you used to go
But they don't feel the same
See the faces that you used to know
But they forget your name

No one really knows
Where it goes from here
But we all decompose
And slowly disappear

If evil lays its hands on me
Shine a little light on my soul
Show me things I cannot see
Shine a little light on my soul

If evil lays its hands on me
Shine a little light on my soul
I'm waiting, praying, patiently
Shine a little light on my soul

On days I'm off work and the weather's no fun I like to turn this up and ROCK THE HOUSE! I dig how with just these two it feels like I'm getting ALL the old guitar gods and drum-jammers coming through my speakers!

You know, I did too, but this album is really really good.

Do I hear an ELO riff from Don't Bring Me Down?

During the virus work-from-home period (5 mo+ in my case), I decided to grow out my hair. I've worked in a fairly conservative profession/office environment for 30+ years, so my locks typically stay clipped pretty short.  Right now ... my hair's longer than it's been in 45 years (back to the teenage yrs in the 70's) -- my wife of 34+ yr is a little .... shocked!  heh heh

Songs like "Shine a Little Light" give all this new-found hair some purpose -- gotta flip it around 'cause this song ROCKS!

I didn't cut mine for 20 months from the start of the pandemic and I needed a cut when it started. Went from a business cut to it bunching up on my shoulders. Quite the look for someone in their mid 50s.
Good stuff!! Great band and an enjoyable evolution from their original sound.

It`s well known fact, listening to rock music makes your hair grow.

GREAT TUNE!!!
This what money can do to a good tune......make it better!
Excellent!
the tone that they get on that guitar is fat
I'm sure someone with more knowledge than I have will tell me it's a rip-off but that guitar riff is the business.
The Black Keys never disappoint me! I need to listen to more from this one.

I did the same, with the exception that my out of office period has been >18 months. My hair is now longer than it's been since HS (1978). I revealed my "new do" on a Teams video meeting and people almost passed out laughing.  It was awesome.

Lol! Seems to be a trend. I've not had long hair since my teens but it's grown LONG since I last had it cut, over a year and a half ago. I'm just gonna let it get longer.

I'm about 20 months from my last cut.  The tail is easy 10 inches.  Longer than I've ever had it.
Bumped up to a 10.  The more I hear this, it's in the realm of the best hard blues rock.  A (latter day) classic.
This album pumps, bumps and grinds good vibes✌️

One of those records that just gets better and better over time. Trust me.

Yep, you right!
Appropriate title!  Every song is windows down, music blasting,  enjoying life!
Darn it's turning to winter.

Not my kind of thing, but I can't deny that this is a pretty steamy track.
This feels like one one of the most enjoyable albums I've heard for a very long time.  Thanks RP.
This is a great great song.  Total classic.  It took me a few listens to get that.  These guys are fuh-real.  7.3?  Predicting a rapid rise with more plays.

Liked it right away. The creativity is still there in spades.
Finding this makes me smile when it comes on...good stuff.
Not normally a big fan of Black Keys but this has a nice sound to it.

New Black Keys! Sounds pretty good.
Another very consistent album from these guys. Thanks for playing !
