If you don't want the death of the party
Hold the baton, perform the fee
I host what I know is a most wholesome home
But it's not forgotten, the girl in me

Go on, go on, go on, play for me
Paint this dull room in fields of green
Go on, go on, go on, count to three
I find the midnight song in me

If you don't want the death of the party
After I'm gone, sing one for me

Go on, go on, go on, play for me
Keep to the beat of the horses racing on TV
Go on, go on, go on, count to three
I find the midnight song in me

Go on, go on, go on
Play for me

The somewhat eerie, unpredictable, crafty, modest yet powerful, and definitely beautiful atmosphere Wolf Alice songs bring about to me feels like David Lynch, as if they breathe Blue Velvet or Twin Peaks. I freekin' love that :)))
hope too hear more if wolf alice on here
Been waiting for this one to hit the rotation. Now we just need the opposite end of the spectrum with Yuk Foo or Play the Greatest Hits to really show the range of this band.
