John Hammond has a song called It's Too Late (album: Southern Fried)
It's Too Late - John Hammond

Johnny "Hammond" Smith has another song called It's Too Late (album: Breakout) It's Too Late - Johnny Hammond - This is the right song playing here

Fun fact: Both songs, although with the same name, are covers of different songs. John Hammond's version is originally by Chuck Willis, while Johnny Smith's is the well-known song by Carole King.

Sadly, it's quicker to walk down the Empire State Building than sit in this elevator for 11 minutes!

The proper bio for the playing artist, organist Johnny "Hammond" Smith, can be found here:

The album is not Soutern Friend! It is Breakout.
I feel like I'm listening to the Lawrence Welk Show ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ Where are the baby blue tuxedos with ruffles and the women with big hair?!

The initial linking of artist info to Wikipedia articles is automated AFAIK. And, as someone once said, if there's artificial intelligence,  then there's bound to be artificial stupidity as wellโ€ฆ

You are right.  It's supposed to be Johnny "Hammond" Smith, a keyboardist.  Album cover and info is correct as is the song title.  Just the bio and link are the wrong guy.
The Johnny Hammond who made this album is not John Hammond Jr, whose picture is displayed.
:)  ... excellent!
