Johnny "Hammond" Smith has another song called It's Too Late (album: Breakout) It's Too Late - Johnny Hammond - This is the right song playing here
Fun fact: Both songs, although with the same name, are covers of different songs. John Hammond's version is originally by Chuck Willis, while Johnny Smith's is the well-known song by Carole King.
