Grow up children, don't you suffer
At the hands of one another?
If you like a sleeping demon
Listen, can you hear him weeping?
Tears of joy and tears of sorrow
He buys love to sell tomorrow

My life ain't no holiday
I've been through the point of no return
I've seen what a man can do
I've seen all the hate of a woman too

Feel your heartbeat, lose the rhythm
He can't touch the world we live in
Life is short but love is strong
There lies a hope that I have found
And if you try you'll find it too
Remember why I'm telling you

My life ain't no holiday
I've been through the point of no return
I've seen what a man can do
I've seen all the hate of a woman too

And they gave him away
Like in ''Whistle Down the Wind''
By the look on his face
He never gave in

Studio spun much, much better stuff than this!

New Order has better songs than this one.  Still a good song.

New Order, say hello to The PetShop Boys. Blech.
Could see ecstasy might help here.  Lol

Where could you hear even a slightest scent of Joy Division?! Not much of a comparison

I think DickMahoon meant he preferred hearing the members of this band in their prior band (ie. when they played with Ian Curtis in Joy Division).  I don't hear a 'scent' of Joy Division either, but then, I never 'hear' scents.
Studio 54, where are you?

Criminally underrated. 9/10

Agreed {#Kiss}
This wanders between peppy and insipid. I can't remember the singer's name, but he isn't the strongest talent and he wanders all over the map on this one. Not really sure I need to hear this one again but that's only a first take.
Criminally underrated. 9/10

The bands are not rated here, only the songs.

One of the best 1 minute 32 seconds of pure outstanding music as a starting to a track. 10/10
