Michelle, ma belle
These are words that go together well
My Michelle
Michelle, ma belle
Sont des mots qui vont trés bien ensemble
Trés bien ensemble
I love you, I love you, I love you
That's all I want to say
Until I find a way
I will say the only words I know that you'll understand
Michelle, ma belle
Sont des mots qui vont trés bien ensemble
Trés bien ensemble
I need to, I need to, I need to
I need to make you see
Oh, what you mean to me
Until I do I'm hoping you will know what I mean
I love you
I want you, I want you, I want you
I think you know by now
I'll get to you somehow
Until I do I'm telling you so you'll understand
Michelle, ma belle
Sont des mots qui vont trés bien ensemble
Trés bien ensemble
And I will say the only words I know that you'll understand
My Michelle

I am so very young again, sitting at my desk next to a grundig tape deck listening to this eternal song , it is Friday late evening , November 1982 and I dream of America and thanks God I am in America now

Me too!
PS. All those "Haters" are secretly listening to it, when no one is around, because they are too cowardly to admit it!

So Many?, No, they're just vocal. Look at the numbers

Please spare us the bleedin Beatles. What, is this song like 100 years old now?

That honour would go to Stravinsky's Le Sacre Du Printemps this year, among others. This Beatles track is a mere 48 years old this year. When Le Sacre was 48 years old, in 1961, no doubt there were people that requested to be spared the soddin Stravinsky.

This song is soooo good for the external acoustic meatus...
Ugh. Still can't believe this is on the same album as Norwegian Wood. Of the Beatles hits, the only one I can think of that has me reaching for the PSD button.

One learns something new every day!
