Loved the original of this by the Youngbloods. Love this band's version of the music as well. A worthy cover indeed. And I love Jesse Sykes and the Sweet Hereafter. Her voice works perfectly with her music. But I don't know that I like Sykes' vocals on this version. So while the music is an easy 8, the vocals bring that down a notch. For me.

Yeah this doesn't suck. Not one bit. 8 from me at first blush.

Let me be the first to say, yes, I want to hear more of these guys, great musicianship! Takes me all the way back to the psychedelic era and back again to “the emptiness of right now”.
