Zissy you have a precious family there!! They are too cute. We got our Golden as a service dog for my son (autism) but he's my therapy dog too. There is something so special about him. He is one of the best parts of my life (and the rest of the family feels that wAy too.)

Excellent advice, although zoos depress the hell out of me. I agree, but the animals' behavior can be cheering. Being around children, animals or nature helps me out of my funk.

spending time with my pups helps so I will be going to lay down with them soon. :)

I wish I had a switch to turn off my thoughts. I've tried to meditate, pray and whatever else and nothing seems to help. My thoughts are racing and I'm a bit manic today.....I'm sure it will pass as it always does but I'm exhausted.
