I would say their somewhat similar to Radio Paradise music wise... but they veer off frequently.
They do play commercials. Which I enjoy listening to most times being in a way different area than I live.

KCPR-  FM San Luis Obispo, California... http://kcpr.org/  plays my request.
Although you need to hit the right DJ at the time for the kind of music you request.
They are more eclectic to the point I turn the dial depending on the student DJ at the time.

I do like Radio Paradise, definitely the most eclectic Internet radio station I've come across.

But is there anything even more eclectic, that's more open to requests?
