Because obviously if there's a PO box listed, that's where you want the mail to go, but they read addys from the bottom up, so if there's a mailable address before the PO box, they won't see the PO Box.

But anyway, the Suite in Manbird's example comes before the street address in a mail address. If they don't want mail, they can do it however they like.

And anyway also however, I'd use a bullet after the period:

Suite 123, 456 Wide Blvd. • Hollywood, Fl 92929

I would spell out Boulevard if at all possible, because the period comma thing is ugly. But the Suite comes before the street.
