Oft was used in "olde English"... and would get a side-eye from anyone hearing you say now (although oft-stated in writing would be OK?).

English is crazy.

I've heard it pronounced more often in the Southeast than I have in the Northeast, but it also shows up a lot in voice-over/narration.  I guess it is a sort of formality or feigned formality depending on regional pronunciations.

I would put a comma only where there would normally be a new line and the Suite should go with the street.

But maybe you don't use the Queen's English

The US post office prefers things to be addressed from Most Specific to Least Specific, except the zip code always comes last. So

  • Name,
  • Apt/Suite #,
  • Street Address,
  • City,
  • State,
  • Zip.
If you want to list a Box # along with your street address, the address you want them to deliver to goes lower in the food chain
  • Name
  • Apt.
  • Street
  • PO Box
  • City
  • State
  • Zip
Because obviously if there's a PO box listed, that's where you want the mail to go, but they read addys from the bottom up, so if there's a mailable address before the PO box, they won't see the PO Box.

But anyway, the Suite in Manbird's example comes before the street address in a mail address. If they don't want mail, they can do it however they like.

And anyway also however, I'd use a bullet after the period:

Suite 123, 456 Wide Blvd. • Hollywood, Fl 92929

Attention grammar cops!
this one should be simple:

The address will all be one line on a business card
which one is most correctest:

2088 Walsh Blvd. Suite C2, Santa Clara, CA  95050 or
2088 Walsh Blvd., Suite C2, Santa Clara, CA  95050

I'm guessing it's #B. (The second one.)

I would spell out Boulevard if at all possible, because the period comma thing is ugly. But the Suite comes before the street.
